contract approval
To initiate the building contract after Development Application (DA) consent is granted, a 5% deposit will be required.
Documenting
Upon accepting the tender, we will finalise the plans and submit them to the relevant authorities for approval. Additionally, our team will assist you in making the final selections for finishes and fixtures, ensuring your home reflects your personal style.
Settlement & Our Commitment
Congratulations! Your brand-new home is now complete and ready for you to move in!
Following the completion of your home, we will schedule an inspection after 90 days to ensure that everything is functioning as it should be. This allows us to properly address any issues that may arise during this period, ensuring your continued satisfaction with your new home.
On-Site Updates
We will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your construction and arrange on-site meetings at significant milestones. Upon reaching practical completion, we will conduct a comprehensive walk-through, addressing any remaining items to prepare your home for a seamless handover.
