Initial Consultation
We begin by understanding your vision, lifestyle requirements, investment parameters, and site conditions. This foundational conversation allows us to align expectations and establish a clear strategic direction from the outset.
Selections
Guided by our in-house team and trusted consultants, you will finalise interior and exterior finishes. This curated selection process ensures cohesion, quality, and alignment with both budget and design intent.
Preliminary Agreement
Following tender acceptance, we coordinate required reports, engineering, and documentation to prepare your plans for approval. This phase ensures compliance, precision, and readiness for construction.
Construction
With Nathan personally overseeing the build, our team maintains precision, communication, and momentum throughout the construction phase. Weekly progress updates ensure you remain informed and engaged.Congratulations! Your brand-new home is now complete and ready for you to move in!
Contract Signing
We formalise the building agreement, clearly outlining scope, timelines, allowances, and costs. Ensuring mutual confidence before construction commences.
Handover & Aftercare
Upon completion, your home is presented with a comprehensive handover pack and supported by a 13-week maintenance period. Our commitment to quality extends beyond construction, ensuring your home performs as beautifully as it was built.
